you want to keep your production boosts as low as possible, just to hit the 10k cap (if you have exotic market levels, make sure you bump it up until you hit that value)
all the evolution ranks work together, so an equalish spread there is okay
soil boost, the first one is the stronger since it's per previous plot
rest just throw into OG/skill xp as you like

the thing is, if you cannot get one or more levels on a meal in like a few hours, it will probably take a few days for the next one, so any meals is as good as another, because the next time you get a cooking speed boost, ALL foods will jump several levels, it's mathematically impossible to get too far "ahead" on any one meal in a substaintial way (before you get a major cooking speed increase)
