Despite how Lava worded it, "% increase to plants harvested" is just crop value, and that caps at 10k. If you're at 277 plants, you're likely hitting the cap from night market alone, making those land rank talents useless (the apple ones).

I stand corrected, there is a 25% chance of getting the statue if you put it in the slot above the coupon, but you should still be able to roll any statue as long as you've ~~acquired ~~ leveled it to 2+ (so maybe some confirmation bias on not being able to get kachows, since it's still a 1/32 chance, always possible you just only made successful rolls when you were trying kachows, unlikely but )
