You're seriously misunderstanding how construction's meta works. Your primary source of build rate will always be your two DK. Thus, construction exp is the ~only~ stat you should care about. Build rate on cogs is so marginal as to be useless.

With your current progression you can definatly put it off

Vman requires 1m kills between w1 and w3 on the deathnote mind you any character can do it
