Like I said, it's 100% bugged, I ran tests with Moonmoon for 3 hours running timers with mob count. I was killing around average 350 in 60 seconds then resetting and trying again.

but if you have like lvl1 chopping then its basically free talent points lying around waiting for you to pick them up

If you are talking about the quest, you achieve it actively on DK. Then you have all your other toons get that quest passively from afk.

You can click Harvest All and they'll probably grow after; don't worry too much about Voraci and worry more about Cactus/Chemical

Voraci are picked when you have 0-4 slots available for new sprouts to grow.
