You have to active it in tempest form until you get 1k aethermoon fragments. Once you have the 1k hold left click and consume them. Then outside tempest form you afk combat and every 2 hours you'll get an aethermoon

You would just need to be super rich to buy one capable of fluidization of something so big and heavy as gold coins

you got it, misc bonuses can always/only be rerolled to be +/- 1 of the original value
so reroll your silver dice to 6% then upgrade from there, your gold squares will be 8%, plat hexes will be 11%, dementia sparkles will be 16%

Main thing is make sure you're doing your daily spelunking runs and try to push atleast to balloonfish to unlock the epilogue from daily coral
