also take whoever off of kitchen, your ladle rates aren't worth the time, especially when you'll be able to prisma diamond chef relatively soon

unless youre not familiar with how Master Classes work: they all farm a new material from every map, which is primarily farmed actively (you dont receive any of it while afk/logged out).
but they do unlock their own "afk item" which in Beast Master's case are "Aether Moons". you get 1 of these for every 2 hours the archer is afk fighting, and then you can spend them to get the equivalent of 2 hours of active fight time.
if you have 2x Beast Masters, you get twice the amount of these afk items.

The fact you have Goharut tells me you should probably be spamming Mantra at this point til everyone has TranQi at minimum, and Zen/Mindful at maximum. You won't get points for awhile, but the long-term payoff will be VERY worth it.

Talent 5 is your bread-and-butter for actively fighting, in form or not.
Talent 11-13 are all important for Sneaking.
Talent 14 is just a nice coin bonus.

I'm in the same boat, but all I know for sure is max the 5th column as soon as you have access to it, cuz it's low max level and gives account-wide benefits.
DB has a Grimoire upgrade to boost it up, and there's Legend Points to further bolster them.

I'd say it depends on your talents and setup; AC is a lot less complex behind the scenes, but very complex to actually prog.
WW is very obnoxious behind the scenes but straightforward for progging.

You can upgrade your statues to account wide by going to the world 2 vendor, purchasing the gold "sculpting tools" and dropping these on top of the statue found in world 1. Once you've done this open the statue interface and navigate to the "Upgrade" tab, here you can purchase the upgrade for each individual statue type to make it account wide.
