yes and no, depends where you are and how your prints are, eventually youll get enough build rate it wont take long at all, but im guessing you can probably put it off for now, although it does unlock atoms which have some very nice bonuses

the game takes a couple seconds to validate that all enemies are alive so if you quickly kill something it will fail even if they were all alive upon entry

it may have actually been the summoning bosses themselves that gave me enough of a boost that i jumped forward even more when i got them

lvl 5 you swap them to chakra style, lvl 15 you swap again, you ignore lvl 10 style

lvl 25 you could theoricly swap under some specific condition but mostly ignore the style too
And lvl 40 you get tranqi and can use your character again

When you want to do the lab grind (unlock the goat god first) you'll use the zen/mindful style so you can unlock more gods or mantra so you can build more divinity level

also check gaming and sailing and go push with your main pusher

ideally you want to unlock the second god before doing that so you can have x2 kill from lab
