Spend PO boxes on last two characters
Unlock more star signs, equip 2 (and then 3) on everyone

A lot of this is available from autoreview, just work on your lowest sections or what sounds fun

Oh, then arctis. Pocket divinity on Omni/Harriep is okay. You can swap out omni for nobi when active pushing, or harriep for nobi when claiming afk pushers. Both omni and nobi should proc on claim. Other than that, might wanna swap out one for kruk before daily reset to ensure you get daily bubbles.

yea, for some you can just switch, like the reduced sneaking cost, I just have that on my skilling talent set and swap, then level up sneaking stuff and swap back

but yea they need to be active to use them

So yea in your pic, depending on what you are doing but you dont need the cost reduction on your fighting talent setup
