You'll get a relic that lets you trade island resources for gold. A lot more gold than you'd get farming islands. So worry about getting relics instead for now.

What Zyklon says isn't quite true on how the formula works, but basically it boils down to - there's a diminishing return for trading a lot of plants all at once versus one crop type at a time. It takes longer to do the latter, and requires stocking up on coupons, but you will get more beans out of it.

Personally I find it tedious and not worth the effort, but to each their own.

Little tip before you turn in beans - grow one of each crop type of the basic crops to as far as you can OG in ~20 minutes. Then turn in beans. Turning in beans doesn't reset your plants, just how many crops you have in storage. All your plants will still be fully grown and ready to harvest, giving you a big head start to your next session of farming for beans.

Well, first thing your equinox is full.

If it were me, I'd change your links and go all in on arctis(except those in lab,) then link to harriep/omni w/ pocket. Reason is bc you can swap omni for nobi while active pushing(back to omni before afk claim), or harriep for nobi before claiming afk if pushing that way. Can also swap to kruk before daily reset to get the bubbles. Just my preference for pre-doot.

This guy is linked to goat but not in lab, and appears to have mindful on. You're also missing tons of lab jewels, maybe bc you're new. Would check rotation and make sure you can afford the next week(s).

Your stamps aren't the worst I've seen, but need work. Your bubbles are pretty bad, though, ngl. You have 3 guys printing double oak logs, not sure if that's for atoms...? Would swap at least one of them to print for bubbles, if not both of the ones with lesser values.
