AFAIK there is no true "max" it just has diminishing returns after while. IT should have the exact number for your acct, otherwise you'd have to check and see if you have the schematic/study

Most major bonuses are useful, doubled prints is more atoms, refinery speed is nice, No bubble left behind can be very helpful especially getting key bubbles into atom range, Sigils have some nice effects though you really only work on those later, shrine world tour expands your ability to use shrines, stamp improvements are very nice, mush money as noted, vial doubling is quite useful and can further be used to manipulate costs for atoms, arti chance is useful, slab bonus improvement is nice, W6 skill exp is nice, Crop bonuses getting improved is nice
afterwards you also have a lot of notable jewels and the damage boost major things can be helpful
