How do I know how long to AFK at Monuments after getting Monument AFK%?
You'll need to calculate the number of minutes you need per Monument hour. The formula is 60 / (1 + Monument AFK). Don't forget, however, you must always AFK for a minimum of 1 HR.
For example, if your Monument AFK% is 56% --> 60 / ( 1 + 56%) = 38.46 which rounds to 39 minutes. This means from 1:00-1:17 --> you'll get 1 hr of Monument AFK. From 1:18-1:56, you'll get 2 hr of Monument AFK, and so on and so forth.

No, pristines are capped to the first 120 charms you find/day. This was changed back in July and was bugged to not reset. The bug was fixed this patch. Just sneak normally

yea there's a lot of buffs within the compass for when you have elemental damage matching so when farming things just adding the amount the ring itself has is valuable, against Aboms you already activate those with the bow (adn it has more ele than both rings combined) so the extra weapon power (1.05x each) is valuable

I'm so excited to get to gambit my summoning has straight stagnated since just after w7 came out and I was able to candy my way through the last few maps of w6 unlocking yellow and cyan boss stones.
