I go quantity over quality and just push depth, without the elixir. The further you go, the more of the spawns you'll get of the last one. This is when they began resisting for me, even with the added pow elixir. Can use the elixir for 5x find, but the power reduction/stam is huge, you'll probably not be able to push very far on depth

at minimum, you want to beat a couple levels and start leveling essence generation. Farming minimum, plant plants and keep collecting them. Sneaking is mostly move up levels when the catch chance is low, and buy upgrades

for farming, you're gonna want to focus on unlocking as many seeds as you can first, which sucks, and there's not really any tips other than "wait harder"
unlock all maps on everyone for that one bubble, basically that's all I remember
for summoning, you'll want to do as many battles as you can, always. Don't be afraid to spend all your essence every days, just make sure to buy the familiars first thing every week.
For sneaking, it starts slow then goes fast then back to slow, you'll want to level up your charms
best thing to go for is to specialise, 4-6 guys with sneaking boosts for everyone and the rest with personal multipliers
