The reward multi simply exists to not punish you for failing to attempt a Story Telling Run every 20 hours on cooldown. The multi increases at 0.05/hr - thereby allowing you to do 1 run at 20 hours. It will keep this pace up to 48 hrs for a multi of 2.4x (96 hrs/4.8x if you have the Engi schematic 'Max Monument Rewards' at level 22). After this point, the rate drops considerably so it is recommended that you don't wait beyond this point.

Justice has an additional extension through Bolaia, the Librarian - allowing you to delay up to 18 days or a multi of 21.6x.

TL:DR - no need to chase reward multi, just do Story Telling before you hit 2.4x/4.8x/21.6x

Diablo 2 was crazy it's entirely different to 3... like, 3 is more like FPS and 2 is more like walker, idk how to explain it it's just the gameplay is different the movement I guess 😅

Its more that 3 changed the to have an attack bar. Diablo 2 had left and right click. Then for your skills hotkeys, the rest was your belt for potions.

And iirc they got rid of mana potions, and rejuv potions for only health.

The system I sent you uses a GPU built into the CPU. But those are only good for classic games and everyday tasks. If you want to play WoW, you'll want a dedicated GPU. But the cheapest modern GPU is the Intel Arc B580, which is... $250
