When should i take people out of Lab/Divinity and level them up a bit more. Wont they also be more useful afk if they have more skill class points (like the ES with divinity). Also i have 2 ES, do their passive abilities stack of they are both afk?

You take them out when you get TranQi meditation style. And no, ES passives don't stack. The one with the higher talent point or bonus is the only one that affects the account.

For now, check it about every two or three hours, yeah. It'll spawn up to 120 jars to check. You can get a schematic to make the jars combine, at which point you don't need to check as often.
