theoretically an exp loss doing 20 minutes but if you're specifically leveling vman theres even more value in lower trap times since you can use the crystal mobs to reduce the exp req

I'd put Bubo in lab while the rest do monuments. You'll need lab levels for AC, especially if you haven't hit 2100 total lab levels.

Make sure to change your divinity style before you do, though.
