Don't double the green spikes, it does nothing.
The doubler on the endless essence is weird in my eyes. People usually just switch between two doubler layouts, one for essence gen and one for summoning
I don't see all that health doing much.
Yellow, green and white are multiplied by the later percentages, for that matter, all the damage bonuses.
You might not need to level jeweled if you have enough blue boss kills, idk how many.
You could probably tinker with losing some mana generation if you're not running gambit.

This is a bare bones setup with 13, since you're at gambit, your extra three can go into the three mana gen nodes

From there, any nore doublers can go to essence generation, but what most people do there is reset and go all out essence
