How two BB's/DB's work:

Zow & Chow
These work off your personal kills for that character. 100k kills will give you a zow, 1m kills will give you a chow. The existence of the other BB/DB will not have any impact on this.

Super Chow & Wow
These work off the kills of your 2nd BB/DB. The kills of your first will do nothing for your account. You will need to get the 100m kills for super chows and 1b kills for wow's on the 2nd DB on your character list.
Note: You can get the kills on your 2nd DB and then use the first DB's talent for getting account value from the Wows.

'obvious' trick, not sure but one of the tip for it is to use DK (or ES, or a class with a respawn mechanic), then put your statue on the bottom plateform, have equipped speed potion (to reach enemy faster) and use boomerang when you can to clear somewhat fast enough

i think its best to roll the smallest one as many times as you can. for example, comparing a 100% to two 50% rolls, you have a 50% chance to be done immediately for half the price, and another 50% after that if you fail, so theres a 75% chance you save points or break even over the 100% option

the expected value is somewhere around 80% of the cost of the 100% roll probably

and that logic extends to any percentage
