Farming mostly goes through a cycle.

First, you want to push your crops and upgrades as far as you can until it becomes unreasonable to do so. If it's taking you days to push or do anything, it's taking way too long.

Once you get to the last crop you can deal with then you need to let it grow for 2-3 days and get as many OGs as you can.

Then you need to follow this cycle.

Collect 1 (one) crop and turn it in for beans.

Go back and collect 1 (one) more crop and turn it in for beans.

Repeat 1 and 2 until done*

Yeah. The number of beans you get is at a diminishing return, so to combat that you just turn in the crops one at a time. You'll get significantly more beans, though it's annoying to do.

Your Explorer likely takes too long to level, if anything I'd be looking into engi (as mentioned) measure (for villager xp) and study, I think the rule of thumb is if it's gonna take you an obscene amount of time to reach next cavern, focus other villager

There are three things to farm in these caverns, Opals and Cards from active farming and Statues from afk.

Mushroom: Expect afk claim times in the 45 minute range for 30x DR, 2 hours for 20x, 3 hours for 12x (multiply these times by however many "bundles" of statues you want)

Golem: Expect afk claim times in the 6-8 hour range for 30x DR, 10-15 hours for 20x, 20+ for 12x

TL;DR - More DR equals shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim (prio MK, don't use DR prayer).

so you do it only once to unlock onyx

Let them get big overnight, then break all the small jars. Leave the big gilded jars, and switch to the rupie jars you need. Let those get big.
Once you are satisfied with the size of your jars, break a SINGLE small rupie jar. This will use up the lame gilded bonus you had from breaking the small gilded jars.
Then break a large gilded jar and then a large rupie jar. Rinse and repeat.

i think you can get the quest for multitool stamp on any class thats why im not sure why you have the 2 es on lab/div if they are lvl 40 div or higher. would make more sense to have them equip tranqi style and go to monument afk. i could be wrong though
