I'd leave as many as possible on it at once, sadly, almost like the exact opposite of your current strategy, take one active char and one char like a vman that you can work on specific goals and leave all the rest in, it's a solid 2 weeks grind for a decent reward, but with 2 people that will be 2 months

Despite what Quentin said, My reason is a bit more simple. The EXP required to go from 13 to 14 and especially 14 to 15 is extraordinarily high compared to the other villagers. So you will get more benefit from leveling the other villagers while accruing more villager experience rate than you would waiting for two or more weeks trying to get to level 14 explorer this early.

If you want insane exp, you can chop the evertree, to get godshard you need high high str, well not that high since vman has overall abilities
