welp seems like you're doing fine already.
I'd say level up your engineer a bit more, you can get some easy level and get them schematics, some are excellent. do same for conjuror, get some few level.
for study, I'd say focus on bell for now, you'll get some schematics that will give more bell level per ring (like x2 lvl, with the study is even more lvl)
for conjuror points, I'd say reset, and go for 3rd blue (for enhance), then pocket div (1st green), 1st blue (forget about 2nd blue), 2nd red, 4th blue, 1st red then 3rd red and 4th red. try to max them ofc.
Also for collectibles you might not gonna like to hear it but having all collectibles (of tab1) is not a very good thing to have done, because it might lock you out of some of the collectible of tab2, which are way better than those in tab1, like monument afk and study rate.

also you could buy the x2 villager exp from gem shop, they good
also again, don't hesitate to upgrade your measurer, seems like you can get some free level with sediments, and proly notes
