if you care for it, then yes, it is only worth rerolling at hex+ if you want to try for trapping power+ .. but a word, it isn't really worth it. trapping power is a very weak stat all things considered. the bonus that makes a difference is simply +pets per trap

its why folks won't really care/recommend needing to do that for trapping

the hole is pretty simple but daunting at first ig

So you'll unlock a bunch of dials you can change via engineer. Adjust the settings for your chr (e.g., putting the accuracy requirement to be just under your chr's accuracy), then release the hounds. Goal is to last as long as possible.
