How do I increase my Monument multi? What multi should I be waiting for?
The reward multi simply exists to not punish you for failing to attempt a Story Telling Run every 20 hours on cooldown. The multi increases at 0.05/hr - thereby allowing you to do 1 run at 20 hours. It will keep this pace up to 48 hrs for a multi of 2.4x (96 hrs/4.8x if you have the Engi schematic 'Max Monument Rewards' at level 22). After this point, the rate drops considerably so it is recommended that you don't wait beyond this point.

Justice has an additional extension through Bolaia, the Librarian - allowing you to delay up to 18 days or a multi of 21.6x.

TL:DR - no need to chase reward multi, just do Story Telling before you hit 2.4x/4.8x/21.6x

definitely less than 5% but yes, it is frustrating. with some items he has brought them back into rotation via events or gemshop, at least, but some seem to have been retired for quite a while. we'll see if they ever come back around

in his other big game, idle skilling, there were limited event Cards that obviously were unavailable because the events had all long since past.
BUT, you could buy 6* packs in the gem shop, which could give you a 6* of ANY card, including the event cards. So in the hyper super deep lategame when you're just farming your free gems and doing nothing, that's something you could grind for technically. It wasn't super likely, and would take forever, but you COULD farm event cards.

I hope super late postgame w8.5 idleon has something similar. Or like, maybe a gemshop item that gives you a slab item you do not have yet (Not give you the item, just checks it off on your slab) with a heavy lean towards event items.
