Okay there's a whole truckload of things you have to do, so I'm gonna try and summarise everything (including my advice from yesterday)

1. Dump everyone into Divinity to unlock Arctis, to get Lab bonuses while progressing elsewhere
2. Work on getting your tools up to Dementia tier, which will also get your skill levels up a good amount.
3. Make sure your Journeyman is constantly doing skilling to reach the levels needed for the Maestro quest, you can get resources for crafting from this too
4. If there are any Clouds in the Equinox you can reasonably finish in a day or two, start working on it to unlock the Equinox Resources. Once you have the efficiency to gather that resource, they're incredible for skilling xp, and you can get the fish guaranteed for easy level 30's on every character
5. Work on improving your Prints, such as equipping boost foods, equipping better tools, using books on talents like the mages extra logs one, or equipping Royal Sampler
6. If you can, finish the Maestro questline at this point, and level up Printer Go Brrrr to a good level, preferably at least the 2-3 hours per use mark. Use this talent whenever it's off cooldown, materials like the red and orange salt materials tend to be used in bubbles you'll want to put some levels into
7. Once you have prints around 5-10k on average, Dementia tools, and optionally a Maestro, then you can choose to either go for the div 40 lab 75 grind, or start going for tab 4 recipes. If you go for the div lab grind, you'll have it out of the way and have a good amount of gods to choose from, and if you choose the tab 4 recipes, you'll want to work on Prints even further, up to 25-50k.

Sorry if that's a LOT, but there was a lot to cover and I just wanted to give you a clear idea of what to do first. There's probably someone who's gonna say I'm wrong about something in this list, but AFAIK, this should be a good plan to follow and give you an idea what to work on

either way u want ur red salts to be permanently leveling, mostly true for greens as well just make sure they dont start eating ur blues
