Collectibles:

• Get the schematic "Advanced Collection" from engineer (lvl 27) for collectible-tab 2 before unlocking too many collectibles, because the chance too get a new one goes down with every unlocked one and tab 2 is overall more powerful.
• After you get the schematic you can unlock collectibles without hesitation.

Enchants:

• Each Enchant decreases your chance for the next one, so you're not gonna enchant everything.
• You can reset enchants through the Lamp (C7), resetting all enchant levels to 0 but also resetting the chances, allowing you to focus on whatever you want: Going for new collectibles? Enchant Collectibles with collectible chance (and jar speed). Need rupies? reset it all and focus rupies etc.

your talent when you open your T menu being 215 is NOT the same as your max book value being 215
please look carefully at the full image posted. you'll see that +talent level bonuses (such as rift slug) are what we call are calling below the line. only the bonuses above the line actually affect the book value.

there are bonuses that increase your max book level and there are talents that simply increase your talent level so long as you have 1 pt in them. it why the image is divided into 2 different sections

Afk gains, double kills for portals and deathnote (great for pushing, deathnotes, vman runs), 3x lab prints which with lab makes em 6x, being active in lab giving divinity gains too, Omni giving progress to w4-w5 skills on afk claims. Lot of bonuses

We're telling you that it's an additive bonus, meaning it's getting put into a pool of A LOT of other bonuses. That's 250% additive bonus may only net you a bonus of 0.0001% extra bugs.

Well, it wouldn't be a 2.5x increase to your efficiency (that % gets added to some other bonuses then gets multiplied by some other bonuses then affects your base catching efficiency)
You also won't notice rate changes if you don't go up a skill prowess tier

you had 189m to 467m to go without any modification - which is well within the range of non visible change.
unless you have ss/proof of your number being exactly the same - you got benefit but just not as much as you would have hoped, but it doesn't mean it hasn't changed

if it were a true multiplier in its own bucket - then yes, one might expect a bigger impact. but a lot of bonuses in game go into buckets with other similarly class/typed bonuses so their effect gets muted - which is the case here (as mirai was trying to explain to you)

there are very few bonuses which are true independent multipliers taht exist in their own unique buckets. so generally assume things are weaker than you might expect

your 250% is very small in the grand scheme of things and you may have some other bonuses which are already very strong and overshadowing it

i haven't touched justice in a while, so even my % is probably very small now compared to some folks

Depends on your progress. You eventually get to a point where all of your ships are fast enough to reach the final island at your minimum time so no need for speed from captains. Until then they are helpful
