Just use IE (or IT, I like IE's sailing UI better), your minimum time is probably less than 2 hours (SB family talent and Corgi shiny pet decrease it) but in-game UI only goes as low as 2 hours

With default 2hr, you'd need double the distance in speed, with lower minimum time you need more speed
