It doesn't matter. The multiplier lets you be lazy, it doesn't give you more rewards over just doing it daily. But I'd suggest early on doing it daily to gather some of the bonuses.

Royal Sampler -xp is additive so it's honestly fine, but if you plan on redoing your samples soon you might I suppose. No real point tho, you won't save that much time
