getting into the 20-30 range for DR should be fairly easy now with all the new bonuses (a lot are from C15 in hole)
if you're trying to get damage on your vman, their are hundreds of other ways besides gloves, skill levels are probably a good start though for your tab 3 talent

Yes, this is very typical. Up through Stormy North Island (lightning treasure), the sovereign odds are pretty bearable. Starting from Snow South (snowman treasure), the odds drop considerably (easy hundreds to tens of thousands times harder). You will need to get comfortable farming days/weeks on end at <0.05% find odds.

WARNING: Seeing 0.01% odds doesn't actually mean you are at 0.01% find chance. 0.01 is simply the lowest displayed odds whereas your actual odds might be much lower.
