Is there any difference between multikill and kills per kill? Specifically looking at the green and yello equipable bubbles.

get all elite, shaman in prio asap
all in div to get gods faster, the 3rd god makes your pushing faster (yet another x2 kill count)
then when you get to w6 its time for huge backtrack

well pushing is fine, it means you can get easier xp than previous world

IF you hit 100% acc and 100% survivability, which I doubt you do, throw your char in w5 maps to level them up to they a bit stronger
