Anvil has some more points you can buy on your characters
Forge upgrades good, but make sure to fill it up with ore pls. You'll need copper and iron bars to upgrade vials.
Stamps you are missing a lot of upgrades you have easily available, just max out everything you can atp.
Make sure to click reset on your owl since that's completely free stats.
Alchemy is extremely neglected. Your LARRY bubble is literally level 1. It gives you free levels so it saves you on ressources and liquids. Make sure to also level up bubbles that help you sample more so you can level up more bubbles. (Not sure if you have p2w max, but if you dont max it all ASAP)
Make sure to buy out your shops, you want those eyes and the capitalist bags for miniboss summons.

w2:
Get your BB started on fishing, you want to unlock the fishing islands so you can start building up those bottles.
For killroy, stop upgrading the talent drops, keep upgrading the extra timer. And make sure to actually do them
Kangaroo is also some really good stats which you've completely ignored.

NEVER AUTOREFINE RED SALTS That's the most important one to level up. You're currently using up more red salts than you produce so your entire salt production is halted.
Make sure to equip (and level) Skilled Dimwit for all your characters, the skill efficiency is massive and the curse is additive so it barely affects you.
And complete the TD in the lower area of the tree in the w1 forest. It unlocks the Royal Sampler prayer which is pretty nice for getting your materials going.
You want to fix your cog board for sure. Only put 2 DKs on the board, everybody else has to produce the highest level cogs they can do. The only stat that matters on cogs is EXP% and buffs to player exp%
You have unlocked trapper drone, use the 2nd box with 20 minute timers so you can get your shiny critters. Unlocking higher tiers of critters is more important than the EXP from owls.
Equip a worship skull on every characters, at minimum the free skull you can just buy from the shop. You want worship EXP on every single character so it's important that everyone claims their worship xp whenever they're all max.

You still have a Maestro, you'll want to start working on them to get them to their last class advancement, the account buffs you get from vman are quite good. Recommend you get the deathnote progress with your BB for his apocalypses.

in w4 make sure you unlock the rift, you'll want to start pushing in it till at least 16 where you can unlock skill mastery, which is account buffs based on your combined skill level of all your characters.

Another major system in w5 is the Hole (Or caverns, whatever). The caverns in the Hole are unlocked based on time (by Opals placed on your Explorer) and typically don't require specific characters to do too much, but do try to unlock a few caverns before you start pushing to get a head start!

Mushroom: Expect afk claim times in the 45 minute range for 30x DR, 2 hours for 20x, 3 hours for 12x (multiply these times by however many "bundles" of statues you want)

Golem: Expect afk claim times in the 6-8 hour range for 30x DR, 10-15 hours for 20x, 20+ for 12x

TL;DR - More DR equals shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim (prio MK, don't use DR prayer).
