Auto arm doesn't work as nicely as you want it to. Your characters don't constantly produce anvil materials over time. Instead, they all get created at once between login and the afk claim screen. Because of that, when the Auto arm proc happens at daily reset, characters you haven't logged into have 0 thread available to deposit.

Nothing to do with capacity. The issue is how anvil materials are coded to produce, in combination with how the auto-arm is coded. They just don't mesh well.

When you sign in, anvil materials are generated when you click Reroll (every time lol) or Claim. They aren't generated constantly, passively over time. It is an all-at-once deal.

Now the kicker: The auto-arm deposits only what is generated and waiting when your daily reset happens, or immediately when you login (BEFORE you get the chance to afk claim). That tends to be.. well, nothing
