In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubo's lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

A) Why do you have 20 on Bolaia instead of the full benefit of Equal Spread from Conjurer?
B) Even with the buff to Equal Spread, it's still recommended to put all Opals into one villager at a time just because of the exp scaling.

I'd recommend resetting your opals and full-send on Explorer to unlock cavern 14, then switch to Engineer to 29 to get the last schematics.

Then back to Explorer to 15.

try to unlock 9th character

Shouldn't need refinery for any gear besides weapons/tools. I wouldn't waste your salt on armor unless you're making Troll. If you need damage/acc
Alch, stamps, Vault, cards, star signs, cards and card sets, levels/talents, W1 Owl, W2 Roo, orange potions, meals, sailing artifacts, divinities, dungeon flurbos, PO Box, and Hole are all sources of damage (and accuracy)
