fishing - active farm in equinox until you are lvl 30 (should take maybe 10-15) - then you can use seasalt to power level, only skill that can do this since fishing requires 0 efficiency to harvest any node
catching - there's no clever trick with this one. you might be able to use cavern node to get you some quick early levels, but otherwise - just test out all nodes you have access to and just

well that's an issue you need to correct. by w5, you should have opened access to equinox and have unlocked the 4 skilling nodes. can't complain about not being able to run if you haven't set yourself up for crawling/walking yet

You have an upgrade bar that fills up. When it's full, you can place one point into a bonus at the bottom. You get new bonuses by completing the challenges at the top.

the 3rd cloud challenge is lvl 100 on all your chars - which allows for new bonus unlock. you should easily be able to do this with access to w5.
equinox isn't complicated. just check daily to see if your bar is full, if it is - then invest into one of your bonuses. -- you aren't any where near them, but just avoid putting too many points into 2 bonuses: food lust (1 max is fine for long time) and connection range (0 is fine)

not specifically. obv you shouldn't go for cloud until you are min 1k/day on ladles - but even then, that's too early imo.
ladle collection is purely a cooking efficiency thing. focus both stamps (multitool and ladle). this should be alot easier with upgrade vault bonus and balloons allowing you to easily push some decent cooking levels.

Every single finger on the Azeron can be adjusted to fit your hand, so even if your fingers are frozen from dupatrins or arthritis, you can adjust to fit your hand. Also the buttons are very easy to press.

I believe you're guaranteed a single ribbon. You can level up your DB's grimoire to increase the odds of getting better quality ribbons, and you can upgrade the DB's talent to increase the number of ribbons you get in a day.

How do I farm the Mushroom/Golem Cave?
There are three things to farm in this cavern, Opals and Cards from active farming and Villager Statues from afk.

Mushroom: Expect afk claim times in the 45 minute range for 30x DR, 2 hours for 20x, 3 hours for 12x (multiply these times by however many "bundles" of statues you want)

TL;DR - More DR equals shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim (prio MK, don't use DR prayer).

The way flag works is by when you kill a plunder mob you active coin drop. When you pick up a coin, it respawns an enemy. When there’s no enemies to respawn, the coin goes into the flag score. Sending one wave of default slimes should basically let you survive for like 2 or 3 minutes early on, don't panic spawn if they get pushed a bit too much back into your own. Otherwise pray you get bloomies to scale.
