There's no "fast". You get a good speedrun, you book your talents and that's your lot.

because of buffs from different areas of game i was able to collect for instance scarabs with a level 20 hunter, 10m xp per hour at level 20 meant 20-47 with 1 1 hour time candy

if you have decent buffs you might be able to do like equinox for some mass xp... just go test out high lvl nodes

Vman should be ABS - anti-lock break system - “always be skilling”. It boosts their damage, makes sure it maintains skill lead for right hand, and has potential for highest skill level cap due to interaction with crystal countdown talent.
Its not fast, but the quickest way to level skill would be to properly manage your crystal countdown caps for the skill you are working on - and ensuring it is capped/highest you can get it for as many afk claims as you can

Obviously you will need to constantly update your traps on your journey to 120 but there isnt some hard/fast rule. I mean, it works that way across the US. But there's not much of an application process to get into a high school outside of your district. Districts are usually happy to get more money by taking your kid. Big difference is that a school outside of your district can kick out your kid if they're a delinquent.
