posting this here to log my alt's DR farming journey (I actually started snelbie farming yesterday). In-game DR value was 4.51x, IT has a bug where it's adding my Clover shrine...that I don't have built I'll be following the little guide I put together and will see how long each step takes and make adjustments as needed.

Current cards and obols are simply what I obtained while pushing to W6. Hopefully I'll get the last card slot soon. Post office is shown just to note that you can start with whatever, but both of those boxes are decent for ES, in particular. Currently on active ES portion with no autoloot, it's hell. Snelbie portal count is about 105-110 with both Deathbloom and c.Amarok pendants, may be different on other maps. Unsure how much the respawn helps vs DR, I've noticed times with no mobs still with Deathbloom.

My own timeline of the guide below this post vvv

Card DR - Gigafrogs/Stache already 3 star (gigafrogs are stupid fast), Snelbies 0 > 4* in 1 day (probably 8 hours active)
DR Cards - Mimic (1 > 3* ~2hrs); Bop Box (1 > 3* ~3hrs), Brightsides are 1 in 3 hours and need 22 for 1*, not sure if worth until after Pops
Crystal Cards - Poop (1 > 4* ~8hrs), Genies (1>4* - ~40 hours, portal only hitting 100)

Pop Obols - 20 bronze rerolled in 14hrs active (+8hr afk, none) - up to 5.38x - full upgraded in ~36 hours, times may vary depending on how many frags you have banked

Dice Obols - starting at 7.26x + Choco and 3 silvers obols (family+personal rerolled silvers overnight) , upgrade to gold took about 20 hours active + afk due to lacking frags, 4 hexes + 1 sparkle were another 24

How to gain DR if you're just starting

-# aka cards and obols are in shambles and you have single digit DR

• Start with ES, grab c.Amarok/Deathbloom pendant, and work on Card DR cards (gigafrog, snelbie, stache) to 4* (get the Cardiovascular star talent)
• Then farm DR and Crystal Spawn cards (ES), W1-3 can be 4*, W4-5 can be 2-3 star for now (alternatively, farm Crystal cards after Pops) and c.Chiz card (it has very low reqs)
• Back to Gigafrogs to farm Pop Obols (ES), a full set of bronze for family and personal, then reroll all of them to 3%, then upgrade to silver for 4% (place rerolled obol in left side of combine area, add a base 2% on the right)

Remember - multikill doesn't matter, but damage is important to push ES portal numbers

• Next, if you have Choco Chip, you can start working on Dice Obols (full silvers, then reroll and slowly upgrade for every slot), generally from W2 Sandy Pots on DK, you also get Silver Pens to fill out your PO Box for DR/Crystal Chance

Notes

• If you don't have Choco yet, work on your Clover + Crescent Shrines, c.Chiz card, and star talent. You can still farm, but it'll be much slower
• Remember to filter out the base mob drop if you don't have auto loot and/or low mat capacity
• Deathbloom pendant may be better for early ES due to the damage multi for more portal count, testing is in progress

Work towards Kruk and GS gear
Make sure you're keeping up with Owl for a bit more DR, yellow bubble, and max out Vault
Cavern, Equinox, and Endless Summoning all provide more stacking sources of DR, too
If you're beyond all this, Plunders are a great way to boost DR and Golden Cakes for Beanstalk + personal

It's a catchup mechanic that scales inversely with your skill levels. Afaik a different value will be applied per skill you're working on (so higher value at lower level, lower value at higher levels), higher base value upon leveling up the blessing

you can look at !IT to see the range of your nuggets - equinox has an upgrade to increase your min/max roll by x% per failed nugget upgrade, which is the only way to realistically increase your nugget beyond the ~10k range
