technically never, but an initial spot is onyx and then some levels into speed/feasty, then move on to other worlds to onyx them
this is the only advice we can give 
lava did mention on stream he might give one/two time use base class changes, but no promises on that

5th god allows you to get lab and div progress by sitting in lab
