When should I be resetting the Bell in the Hole?

do Dimensional Wormhole first, then even split between Lightning Barrage and Chainbolt, one breakpoint at a time.

Chainbolt gets you the AoE for consistency, Lightning gets you the damage for higher score thresholds.
