There are three things to farm in this cavern, Opals and Cards from active farming and Dragon Warrior Statues from afk.

TL;DR - More DR equals shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim.

yeah, base values are only 3-6 (random, regardless of rarity of egg), so 360% should give 3 more genes with 60% for 4th extra

Early beast master should print mob materials that you need to keep your refinery running permanently. (green caps, frog horns, sand etc.)
Vman should print mob materials that you need for vials/bubbles.
Later on you swap them around since Vman will have a harder time reaching w5/w6 mobs to get Vial prints so you let him take samples for refinery while BM can sample whatever W5/W6 materials you need.

The drop does not care about Multikill, kill per kill or any kill multies like Nobisect, The Lab Node, Kill rings or the Ballot kill multi
People often forget that and then think I'm xy more kills than the recipe, why no drop?
A better measurement is your amount of Royal Suggma urns, since both of those drop from the same enemy and follow the same drop calculation. 1000 royal suggma urns = 1 recipe roughly. You can get lucky and get it on 100 urns or unlucky and get it on 5000 urns (we had both)

Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen nor afk claim screen.
In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.
(Shared exp from the bubo's lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

It starts of slow, then gets progressively faster the more meal levels you have. Try to book it as high as possible.
