Wasn't that just for very late plants? Iirc the first few you could get like 30-50% pretty easily.

You shouldn't wait for growth stages at your level. Each growth stage has a lower and lower chance to happen and you can't exactly afford to wait 2 hours or however long it is just to gamble.

Just claim whenever possible until you unlock imports and you'll be fine.

Gaming is a very growth spurt type skill. You'll unlock something that will turbo boost your gains for like a day or two until you unlock new things that cost a lot more and then you unlock something new to boost you and so on.

You don't need 100% acc if you mean that, if they get enough XP to lvl up quite quickly you can just put points into acc first (STR/AGI/WIS) and try to gatcher resources for ok gear or other stuff with the character(s) over 400.
