Your biggest bit multi opporunity right now is probably the Equinox Metal Detector buff to force bigger nuggets. If you've gotten that already, then work on W6 farming to get to 5s/instant gaming so you can get more nuggets

How do I farm the Mushroom Cave?
There are three things to farm in this cavern, Opals and Cards from active farming and Dragon Warrior Statues from afk.
