There are three things to farm in this cavern, Opals and Cards from active farming and Dragon Warrior Statues from afk.

TL;DR - More DR equal shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim. Expect afk claim times in the 6-8 hour range for 30x DR, 10-15 hours for 20x, 20+ for 12x

Sword rethrow simply rethrows the sword you last threw. Keep in mind you can only throw the last sword you clicked, so if you spammed all of your swords at once then you're SoL if the first one you clicked rolled low.

yeah wurm map can be hard at first, boosting the hp and def will help. if you got the dmg to kill them fast enough as long as you survive 1 hit from crystal it shouldn be a problem

Also, it can help to remove the prayer that gives - defense %. I had that equipped for a while without knowing it.

You're gonna need 10x DR, iirc they were saying that at different breakpoints, your statue drop amount gets increased as well. For comparison, I'm only 15 mins in and I'm at 141 power statues with a 12x DR.

Roll em and combine as you get them. What I do is w2 snelbies for dice farm, stock up and roll as I go. Trash whatever else drops for fragments. Then go to w1 and farm more fragments and roll until I'm out of dice to roll.

Just a bit of lingo so you don't get confused in the future, "pushing" a world means rushing to do it. So instead of inflating your question with "towards w6", you could instead just say "can I push w5 with these stats?" or "can I complete w5 with these stats?"
