You don't really need to spend any bits on mutation early on. You should unlock the plants though using the dna bits that you get from just picking normal plants

So yea leave the 'evolution' section alone and do the research in the top right.
Come back to the evolution when those bits are chump-change

Endless loot is not worth it if you don't have max artifacts

The quantity of the chests is more important

Since if you have endless loot on you will get loot pile max -1 chests(if you have 18 max loot pile, you can only claim 17 chests per claim), but if endless loot is off, you can get max loot pile+amount of boats you have(if you have 20 boats and you have 18 max loot pile, you can claim 38 chests per claim)

The extra rarity of chests isn't really worth it (1 0.4% chests is worse than 3 0.25% chests, for instance)

1️⃣ W5 skill XP will speed up the divinity grind since it helps unlock stronger styles faster.
2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.
3️⃣ Mob respawn will help afk kills in W5.
4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.
5️⃣ Tab 4 talent points can be scarce but you only get 3 per purchase and there are a lot of other ways to get them including class lvls, skill lvls and the alchemy bubbles.
⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Earlier recipes are for armor and weapons most of which gives mob respawn significantly improving kills per hour. Get these if you can afford to craft them.

Depends on the tasks you're doing. I personally run Arctis on everyone's main link (1 ES uses Purrmep main + Arctis through Polytheism), then I use Omniphau and Harriep with Pocket Divinity.

One important note is that you can change Pocket Divinity at any point in time- So if you have a few characters grinding killcounts, you can swap Harriep to Nobisect before you claim their AFK. Similarly if someone is skilling, you can turn on Goat for AFK% (all the combined AFK% should be stronger than the 30% they'd get from Snake). Or bonus, change Omni and Harriep to Goat and Snake for all the AFK Depends how willing you are to minmax

Understand that DN count includes MK, KPK, and other multis which aren't accounted for when you go for loot. Loot is based on base kills so you have to factor all those out. Generally, a good comparison is to look at the number of Royal Urn drops you have. On average, most get it around 1K urns collected (or roughly 1B DN kills if you insist on using this count as a measure).

2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.

4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.

⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Earlier recipes are for armor and weapons most of which gives mob respawn significantly improving kills per hour. Get these if you can afford to craft them.
