When should I be resetting the Bell in the Hole?

Obols with Misc stats can be rerolled to +/- 1% base value (rerolling can also give stats and wep/skill power)
Obols are cheaper to reroll at lower rarities
When obols are upgraded, the rerolled +1 is kept if you place the rerolled obol in the left slot
For Pop Obols, Bronze can be rerolled to +2%, then upgraded to Silver +4%
For Dice Obols, Silver can be rerolled to 6%, then upgraded to Gold +8%, Plat +11%, and Dementia +16%

Start going more into Skulls now until 120 at least. Respawn will give you more spawns within that 140 timer if your kill count isn't high enough.

More Timer at that point is only going to help Bubo and DK with respawn mechanics

I am far from a sneaking expert, but I would move up. You'll probably get many times the jade/xp amount and still earn more even if you are knocked out 30% of the time. Plus, you might find new charms or other items that could help you.

probably pristines. the most useful of the remaining jewels you have is coming into shop in a month, meal bonuses, which is definitely strong, but if you can just pick it up in-game then better to save the gems

So I just finished W4 and I'm now starting with w5. just to make sure I understood correctly - I'll remove all my guys from lab and put them into divinity for now (maybe switch them for reset and no bubble left behind?). with 8M u can't reach W6: last enemy before boss has 720M HP, u could unlock the hole and the world boss by reaching the 3rd map and potentially some new stamps in the 4th one

I wouldn't suggest pushing and even if u want to do it anyway I suggest you to push at maximum to the 4th map

Definitely get a journeyman. The bonuses he gives are pretty powerful, especially to skilling for cooking and printing.

Besides that, the journeyman quests take time. By the time you get vman, you'll likely have your 9th and 10th slots.

damage is hard to equate with level as there are hundreds of factors that play into it. i'm hoping by "late w5" you mean that you've killed the boss and have gone into w6 to start skills there, at least?

lv 999 is not implemented yet, to get more green bits u need to grind gaming and unlock other bonus/multiplier for bits

You just get more bits. More acorns, better nugget, more upgrades, more external buffs like Worship, Farming, Gaming, Cooking etc.
