Should I be saving my plants to get more evolution tiers unlocked for the log book?
For T1-T5 evolutions, you will get them naturally and easily over time as you progress through gaming. Do not save your sprouts, just harvest them all.
For T6, you will get them all naturally by time you reach around ~1B/T red bits. Do not save your sprouts, just harvest them all.
For T7, you can get them all once you have instant gaming (very late stage), requires deep farming (W6 skill). Setup board to have 1 or 2 of the plant you want the t7 for with the rest as chemplants. Use all the chemplants and they hit t7. If they don't, reset and restart.
For T8, requires instant gaming, a lot of setup with chem plants (anywhere from 10-20 hrs worth of chaining), and pray to the RNG gods.
TL:DR - don't chase evos

Values may be slightly different now that we have 180 crops in farming and w5 lamp bonus in hole giving more bits, but same concept applies

TL;DR - More DR equal shorter times to claim, more MK means more statues per claim. At 30x DR, expect afk claim times in the 6-8 hour range, 10-15 hours for 20x, 20+ for 12x

Some people manage with less but 30M max is recommended. You need to book your AoE skills and take out the moles fast enough.
