At Engineering Level 11, you will unlock the 'Triple Tap Tinkle' schematic which gives a higher chance at +2 levels per ring with a new chance of +3 levels per ring. This is the first point at which it is recommended to do a Bell Reset.
Afterwards, you would only want/need to reset if the bonuses provided by Bell Rings have rng-ed into a bonus you do not want or failed to provide desired levels in a bonus you do want. Alternatively, you can view the average levels per ring you've received through a resource like !review (AutoReview) to see if you would want to try to gamble for more levels/ring.

There's no generalized "do rift now/later" as people's damage varies wildly. I can only provide anecdotal evidence of when I progressed in the following step fashion:
a) skill mastery (16 - 33M mob HP) in mid/late w5
b) eldritch artifact (31 - 6B mob HP) in early w6 - ideally around time you've unlocked fury
c) construction mastery (41 - 777B mob HP) in mid W6
d) sneaking mastery (56 - 264T mob HP) in mid/late W6

You just max all your alchemy related talents and go at Wurms in w5. (also Tentacleye talent lvl 200 is your entry point to even attempt CC)

You can do it just to get some alchemy progress out of it but your cooldown is gonna stay at roughly once a day.

At lvl 200 tentacleye the ability cooldown goes from -2 to -3 and that alone lets you permanently use all abilities constantly to instantly wipe and respawn maps. It's probably one of the most insane power spikes in the game.

You can also do it at Oranges in W5 if you haven't reached Wurms.

because of the requirement to get 2100 total account-wide lab levels for the w6 jewels, you will gain enough lab levels (and as a result line width (char-to-char)) to reach across the full range of required length.
to be able to get enough connection range (char-to-node), this is entirely independent of lab levels and will depend mainly on bonuses you can find here (https://idleoninsight.com/?search=connection.*range). if you can, try to avoid putting too many points into the equinox bonus as it is entirely unnecessary to achieve the full light up

When should I be resetting the Bell in the Hole?
At Engineering Level 11, you will unlock the 'Triple Tap Tinkle' schematic which gives a higher chance at +2 levels per ring with a new chance of +3 levels per ring. This is the first point at which it is recommended to do a Bell Reset.
Afterwards, you would only want/need to reset if the bonuses provided by Bell Rings have rng-ed into a bonus you do not want or failed to provide desired levels in a bonus you do want. MS also increases your dmg but they're probably more relevant once you Onyx'd the food and speed statues. You can replace some lower tier ones with str pots / bullets and see how your kph changes.

If you try farming gmush, for a long time BB should technically have the highest kph with your SB a close second.

Once you onyx food/speed, your SB straight up doubles/triples BB in terms of kph.

1.2k defense, and 100% hit chance acc is enough for your character to hit lv 200 easily and quickly. Almost all of mine is 200 beside Maestro. The 2nd automation is also huge so u dont have to refill
