there aren't many situations where you'd reset again after doing it 1x once you've unlocked the 2nd schematic, but they do exist

You need to clarify a few things in your bug post. Just because you have Doot doesn't mean you activate its benefits while on a particular character - the active character must have divinity level 2. Please confirm those characters are the appropriate divinity levels. If they aren't, you are easily deactivating lab nodes which is causing your refinery to slow down.

the only way to increase random event drops is by being in party (up to 10). its why you'll see people trying to wait around for them. some other folks have permanent 10 man groups so that they can utilize the party for random events even if you do them solo (the bonus for 10 person still applies)

1️⃣ W5 skill XP will speed up the divinity grind since it helps unlock stronger styles faster.
2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.
3️⃣ Mob respawn will help afk kills in W5.
4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.
5️⃣ Tab 4 talent points can be scarce but you only get 3 per purchase and there are a lot of other ways to get them including class lvls, skill lvls and the alchemy bubbles.
⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Earlier recipes are for armor and weapons most of which gives mob respawn significantly improving kills per hour. Get these if you can afford to craft them.

Also you're at measure lvl 9. There's no more bonuses past here for now and you're not really at the point where you can freely unlock stuff in advance. Reset your opals.

If you have all caverns unlocked (Justice is optional), reset, put all into measure up to lvl 9 (you did this already), reset again, put everything into Engineer (up to lvl 18), reset, put everything into conjurer.

Boulders should get you to 80-100 depending on levels but that's like baby strategies.

For 100+ you just use the meta setups. The setups don't change, only your tower levels and TD bonuses.

There are 3 Card DR cards, W1 Giga Frogs, W2 Snelbies, W3 Sir Staches
Then you can work on regular DR cards, listed in the doc
While you're farming Giga Frogs you'll probably get some Pop Obols too

When should I be resetting the Bell in the Hole?
At Engineering Level 11, you will unlock the 'Triple Tap Tinkle' schematic which gives a higher chance at +2 levels per ring with a new chance of +3 levels per ring. This is the first point at which it is recommended to do a Bell Reset.
Afterwards, you would only want/need to reset if the bonuses provided by Bell Rings have rng-ed into a bonus you do not want or failed to provide desired levels in a bonus you do want. Alternatively, you can view the average levels per ring you've received through a resource like !review (AutoReview) to see if you would want to try to gamble for more levels/ring.
