Not really, since you're literally just losing out on chests/time by setting it to higher than wood

There's like one super niche scenario to use it which I can't recall at the moment

Like if you change Arrowhead from Wood to Iron (or higher), if your boat comes back with a Wood chest it just yeets it. You get zero loot and just wasted a trip. It's especially useless with Unending Loot (which you also typically don't use while artifact searching)

Like many things in this game, quantity (of rolls) > quality (of rolls)

Getting 100 chests at 1% chance is better than 10 at 5% or even 10% (most of the time, at least, since the assumption is that 10% will take longer than the 100 1%s)

Forgive me for not being knowledgeable but why "Unending Loot (which you also typically don't use while artifact searching)" Isnt it better to have the chest upgraded?

I understand why I should not use the Arrowhead though.

Because my last two lines, where number of chests is better than the very pitiful amount of upgrade % you get from Unending Loot

Now, if you're going away for a week or something, by all means use it

But if you can check, lets say twice a day, the extra chests for extra rolls typically leads to better artifact results

The niche case for Arrowhead is also based on longer afk time, where you don't use Unending Loot and set Arrowhead to iron/gold, log into afk character and click map, let boats come back until loot pile maxes out (boats will sit at dock), then change Arrowhead back to wood to make sure you get the extra chests that they have while sitting on the dock

I never used this, I don't know what the timing is for this to be beneficial is, either

Correct, if Unending is not on, boats will return to fill up your loot pile and then sit in dock with another chest

TL:DR - do not ever depend on retelling if you can get sufficiently far in stacking your last sword bonus.

cards are easiest to swap, but you can also do star signs, gear, and obols (or so I've heard)

What's the preferred approach to doing Kattlekruk? I have about 1300 keys, and would optimally like to get as much as I can farming him. I can do Chaotic but it takes about ~7 minutes or so. Lower difficulties are generally done in 1-2 hits.

well each tier has its advantages and disadvantages. if you want the cape and necklace, then you should wait until you have damage to do nightmare, if you want gems you want to do normal

you also want to do all of them a bit as each tier has a different card
