What is the best way to do this Lava Skull on 2 characters challenge for equinox?
Short explanation re: skull mechanics - every time you kill a mob with a skull, it has a 50% chance to jump to another mob and 50% chance to fizzle into nothing. If it jumps to a mob with the same tier skull already on it, it then evolves to next skull. White > Bronze > Silver > Gold > Platinum > Lava.
Because of the way skull mechanics work, you want a class with a) a respawn mechanic that b) does not require/cause full map wipes. Generally, SB's are the best class for this (though some opinions will vary). Word of caution re: ES - if your skulls jump to a portal mob that then despawns, those skulls are forever lost - why I generally do not recommend ES.

just for people curious about retelling from bravery - as I just tested it - and seen people getting confused with the initial free retry you get once:
if you fail on your throws in a fight (so enemy still has HP left after the last sword), the fight restarts automatically (the last one)
restart means you get any used rerolls (had 4, used them all, got all 4 back) and you keep your stacked damage from "First try, I swear!" (the thing where you stack up damage for direct kill on last sword throw)
also you keep any bonus you collected so far
so in short retelling just makes it so as if the lost fight never happened
