Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen nor afk claim screen.

In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubo's lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

a lot of maestro damage is tied to this talent (i haven't been told otherwise, so i assume this is true) and then just overall account progress. throw him into the highest map you can survive in to afk for levels for talent points, but otherwise work on your skills

Also, if your mman can handle it, take him to giant island and let him beat up the giant crystals. Pretty solid exp for a long while on him if you aren't actively leveling him other ways

I still clear on my Vman for crystal cooldown, but the class exp isn't there anymore since he's ~500. Think it started dropping off in the early 400s when other chars were fully pushed through w6
