Hard to make a proper estimation but sure as hell not 2 months for multitool. Your big spike comes at lvl 25 when you unlock Vitalic style, after which it's a smoother ride.
I'd give it a month at most, maybe 3 weeks or so.
You should still have at least 1 character out of lab/divinity doing something productive. Everyone else can stay up to 40 in divinity and 1 character up to lvl 50.

Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen nor afk claim screen.
In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.
(Shared exp from the bubo's lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

Very much so. After 40 you don't need to worry about div anymore since you unlock Tranqi and exp hardly becomes a problem ever again. The stamp is also too strong to pass on.

Its not that its exactly bugged. 4th liquid used to require lvl 120 before w6 came out but was lowered to 80. But the cauldron upgrades (ie bleach, draconic) still don’t activate until 120. So you’ll have the cauldron without the extra benefit of the bonuses until 120

not particularly so. if you still need to fill out your captain roster, feel free to take it for now. but generally if you are early sailing (still need to reach last island in <2 hrs), speed is king. once you can easily do last island in <2hrs, you'll want to shift to loot.
while the artifact chance is nice - it only applies to that specific captain/boat so its a dead stat unless you actually hit.

Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen nor afk claim screen.
In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.
(Shared exp from the bubo's lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

just cause they are both crystals doesn't mean they drop statues at same rate

breakpoint 1 is like ~60 levels (don't quote me on this number, its not that high) - to make it so all the 1 qnty items are now 2
the breakpoint to get that to 3 is something stupid high so i don't think most bother with it after getting to that point. i would think most are trying to GS the cuetape before doing any real investing
