Chem chaining is there to get more bits, nuts and nuggets. A chem plant gives me 25 / 36 hours of gaming progress and I get one basically every few seconds
You can (hopefully) see how waiting gets pretty useless, when you can get days of afk progress in a few seconds while being active
The nuggets and nuts are just a nice little bonus to increase your bits + speed even further
The goal is definitely to get all the Superbits. After that you can stop for now (or keep going like a psychopath )
The last superbit is really good, since it increases all the Atom collider levels by 10

Achievement give you 1.03x more bits for every achievement you have -> This is really good. Do your easy achievements
TD waves increases your bit gain once you unlock it in the Superbit section
The amount of items registered in your slab increases your bit gain once you get the Sailing artifact for it. This has 4 rarities so it can give a lot
Another Sailing artifact that gives you Bits based on your gaming level iirc
And in W6 the summoning skill can give you ~10x bit gain, but you are probably not there yet 🫡

Yes, though, in general, you don't want to use multikill obols as their bonus is only a flat amount that doesn't scale with multikill tiers. Typically you'll just use Drop Rate and AFK gains from Kruk
A slight use case for them can be if you've just entered a world so don't have any deathnote kills or for VMan speed runs

for the card, you dont have to rush if the rate is to high
just check sometime with BB (1H candy) and see how much you get
and dont forget to equip mining food, it actually increase card gain rate by alot
